voicemail, leave a message, or try back. It gets busy at
the counter & we often can't answer if we're busy with
walk-in customers. Please keep trying! |

We accept Mastercard & Visa
credit cards,
prepayment with money order, COD orders, cash over
the counter, or bank wire transfers. Cash or check only for
all work orders. No Paypal. |
Discount rate of 3% added to
all orders over $2000.
No credit card orders to Singapore or Nigeria. |

Just use the shopping cart to send an
order, we will manually process your card, so we can make
adjustments to your
order, like adding items that aren't on the shopping cart.
Just email us with a list of those items & we'll add them
to your actual invoice. We are not responsible for
incorrect shipping calculations, your actual rate may
differ from calculated total. We will process your credit
card for the item total & actual shipping cost only.

| Returns, adjustments: |
- No returns on electrical
parts.
- No refunds, store credit only, on orders after they have
been processed, regardless of the situation.
- No returns or order cancellations after 30 days from time of
purchase.
- Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking
charge.
- All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization
number which can be obtained by calling or e-mailing us.
- Any returns not accompanied
by a return authorization number will be refused.
- We
have been selling new & used RD / RZ parts for over 16 years
& value your business & trust very highly.
- Your
complete satisfaction is our goal & our reputation depends on
it!
Backorders:
Backorders will be filled in
under 30 days unless specified otherwise. We have most of the items
listed in stock & ready to ship and our suppliers are very
reliable, but occasionally a product may be out of stock regionally
or nationwide. When possible, the item's status will be detailed
on your invoice or by letter. We urge you to contact us regarding
your
part's backorder status if you are at all unsure. No
refunds, exchange only, for any cancellations of backordered items.
Retail Store:
Visit our retail
store at 10424 Burbank
Blvd. in North Hollywood, CA 91601. Retail hours are Tuesday
through Friday 12-6 & Saturday 12-5 pm, or by appointment. Yes, we're closed
Sunday, Monday, but if you're in the area or really need
something just call for an appointment. Because of our mail order
business' hours there's usually someone here to help you.
